Only 7 minutes walk from East Block Hastings, this vibrant area is well known for the Toitoi HB Arts & Events Centre, Opera House, Hastings Distillers Tasting Room (Gin!), OTT in the City, FunBuns & Sazio Restaurants, Rush Munro's Ice Creamery, Ya Bon Bakery ... endless good times, good food, good drink.
Sunday mornings host the famous local HB Farmers Market - it is a "don't miss" event, having available the best coffee, breakfasts, wines, olive oils, preserves, breads, meat and other produce that Hawkes Bay has to offer.
The Tukituki River walk is 10-15 mins drive away, and Waimarama and Ocean Beaches are approximately 40 mins drive away. The Waimarama Beach Store serves up good, hearty NZ fish and chips!
